Scrum Alliance

Myself and three other Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coaches helped guide the entire organization through their own agile journey. The Scrum Alliance has taken on the challenge to create their own sustainable, prosperous, and joyful workplace in order to help and inspire others. Led by Co-CEO's Melissa Boggs (Chief Scrum Master) and Howard Sublett (Chief Product Owner) the organization is now functioning as a collection of self-organizing, customer focused, multi-disciplinary teams. My role, along with my two fellow CEC's, was to help those teams continuously evolve so that the organization could reach its goals for 2020 and beyond.

The project was deferred after the team’s first release and the organization recognized more valuable priorities.
