When solving complex problems, there are no best practices. There are only practices which emerge from context. As a coach I'm focused on helping teams and organizations understand their current context and culture.  Through this understanding we can then collaboratively and iteratively adapt your practices and culture to your changing context.

How I work.

Coaching teams and organizations in pursuit of their vision means focusing on developing agility and product leadership as well as evolving culture. All three of these are inter-connected and are rooted in understanding and relentlessly seeking value. As skills mature, coaching will reveal the noise and impediments to realizing your potential.
