I believe there are no such things as best practices. There are only practices that are good within a certain context.  To that end, it's important that how an organization operates most effectively is based on inclusion and evolution.  As a coach I'm focused on helping teams and organizations understand their current context and culture.  Through this understanding we can then collaboratively devise experiments to alter that context and culture.

I reference the Scrum framework of Agile product development and project management values in combination with Pragmatic Product Management principles to help organizations execute their projects in a manner that is meaningful to the teams/individuals and valuable to the organization.

This approach has proven successful in co-located environments as well as distributed (Canada/US, Canada/India, US/China) and scaled (120 people) environments.
