I reference a framework of Agile development and project management values in combination with Pragmatic Product Management principles to help the organization execute their projects in a manner that is meaningful to the teams/individuals and valuable to the organization.

Recently, I've been applying principles, techniques and approaches from agile software development and Pragmatic product management to the field of gas plant construction management.  The goal of this work is to help transform the way a team of leads works together in order to solve multidisciplinary project and program-wide problems.

These techniques have proven successful in co-located environments as well as distributed (Canada/US, Canada/India, US/China) and scaled (120 people) environments.
