Coached a cross-functional team of leads applying agile principles to iteratively highlight, prioritize, and resolve schedule and budget risks during the construction of an $800M natural gas processing plant.

Coached Program Management to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams across multiple Product Service Lines with an emphasis on portfolio management.

Coached Program Management to coordinate the efforts of 2 teams using agile principles and Pragmatic product management for the release of safety critical software.
